Complete a short orientation session, get introduced to your team, and begin contributing your skills to programs that change lives across Northern Malawi.
Work directly with women and girls with disabilities in communities across Northern Malawi — facilitating sessions, distributing materials, and gathering feedback.
Help MZUDO share its impact through compelling stories, social media content, newsletters, and photography or videography from project activities.
Support MZUDO's participatory research activities — conducting interviews, data entry, analysis, and helping produce accessible research reports.
Support MZUDO's health programs by facilitating health education sessions, accompanying beneficiaries to health facilities, and supporting SRHR outreach.
Assist women and girls with disabilities in accessing learning materials, provide tutoring support, and help facilitate MZUDO's inclusive education advocacy sessions.
Help MZUDO with website updates, database management, digital accessibility audits, and tech support for staff and beneficiaries.

No experience is required — only genuine commitment and a willingness to learn. MZUDO provides orientation and ongoing training to all volunteers before they begin.
Volunteering at MZUDO is unpaid. However, volunteers may receive transport reimbursement for field activities and are invited to all MZUDO events and training workshops.
Yes! Several roles — including communications, IT support, research, and grant writing — can be done fully remotely. Indicate this in your application.
We ask for a minimum commitment of 3 months so that both you and the communities we serve benefit meaningfully from the relationship. Longer commitments are always welcome.
